By booking this option, any traffic generated between 12:00 pm and 6:00 am is not counted towards the data allowance of the Fair Use Policy restrictions, visible at the bottom of this page.
Freezone FUP Reset (Fair Use Policy Reset)
This option will RESET the count of used data to zero and restore the maximum speed offered by the respective service. FUP Resets are made on demand and are valid from activation until the end of that month. No credit can be carried over into the next month.
Fair Use Policy Reset Example:
A customer starts using data on his Flat 8000 tariff with 8 MB down and 2 MB up.
Once he has used more than 88 GB, a speed limitation occurs according to the Fair Use Policy Table visible at the bottom of the page (the orange one).
Now he only gets 4 MB down and 1MB up. (Step B in the table). The customer continues using data and at 97 GB there is further speed reduction to 2 MB down and 0,5 MB up (Step C).
At the end of the month there is an automatic cut and the data count starts from zero with full speed for the first 88 GB.
The FUP Reset allows the customer to make that cut at any time if he doesn't want to wait until the beginning of the new month to regain full speed.
